Over the past week, I’ve been able to reflect on everything that happened this session. From standing up for taxpayers and pushing for affordability to meeting with residents and local organizations across Kitchener Centre, it’s been a busy and productive few months!

As Parliament rises for the summer, I've been reflecting on what's been one of the most challenging and rewarding years of my life. Serving as your Member of Parliament is an incredible privilege and over the past year I've grown tremendously as a human and in my ability to serve and represent our community. I could not have done this without the support of my caucus and I certainly couldn't have done it without the people of Kitchener Centre. Thank you to the residents, community leaders, businesses, organizations and volunteers who've taken the time to share your ideas, concerns and experiences with me. Your voices help guide the work I do every day. While Parliament is taking a break, my work here at home continues. I'm looking forward to spending more time in the community this summer, attending local events, meeting with residents and hearing directly from you about the issues that matter most. Thank you for the trust you've placed in me. Have a safe and enjoyable summer and I hope to see you around Kitchener Centre in the coming weeks.

It was great to stop by the Kitchener-Waterloo Greek Food Festival and celebrate the food, culture, and traditions that bring our community together. Thank you to the organizers, volunteers, and everyone who helped make this year’s festival a success.

Thank you to NIROW for organizing the Solidarity Vigil for Abducted Children and Teachers. It was a meaningful opportunity to stand together, honour those affected, and raise awareness for children and educators who continue to be held captive around the world.
