XL TOOL INC. is a perfect example of innovation driving growth right here in Kitchener.

XL TOOL INC. is a perfect example of innovation driving growth right here in Kitchener. They are one of our gems in tool and die making and precision parts manufacturing through advanced machining. Our meeting was both informative and inspiring. Their message was clear: the government needs to get out of the way so they can scale locally. We must create an environment that is less risk-averse and allows SMEs to grow right here at home. XL Tool is doing the work, now we need to support them and remove barriers.
