At our Youth Mental Health Panel, we engaged in open and impactful dialogue about the challenges young people face — and the vital role that local, provincial, and federal governments can play in supporting them.
I’m bringing several key takeaways back to Ottawa, insights shared directly by youth about what they need most. I’m especially grateful for the honesty, courage, and thoughtful questions from everyone who joined the discussion. 💬✨
