Mr. Teason, you spoke about how really healing sucks and I know healing sucks, you cried for two hours, I've cried until my body ached to get through that healing, but on the other side of that healing is a big, beautiful, happy, healed, healthy life and so although it sucks, what would you say to someone to start their journey towards healing? Thank you, it is a difficult process to begin with, but I love the word hope, you take a chance on yourself, we're so hard on ourselves, Jason said it, the shame, the guilt, you know this first hand, Kelly as well, it's you, I fully believe that you have to speak to heal, and that's where the big risk comes up, a lot of people in business say in order to get successful you have to take the risk, well in order to recover you have to take that risk as well, but do it for yourself, I also believe that we should meet people where they're at, but let's not leave them there. Thank you so much for everybody's time today, it was an incredibly impactful day, and so thank you for being here.
