eeps people trapped in addiction and focus on abstinence based rehabilitation; take the billions we are spending to manage misery and invest them instead in 50,000 real treatment beds, medical detox, and recovery housing; and sue the drug companies that flooded our country with poison to help pay for it. There is hope for a better quality of life in abstinence based rehabilitation.

This wasn’t about enabling, it was about accountability, healing, and ensuring that rehabilitation is more than a word. It’s about action, outcomes, and support that truly helps people move forward. I’m committed to carrying these conversations into my work in Parliament. We need policies that prioritize effective rehabilitation, protect communities, and give people the tools they need to change their lives for the better.
