I congratulate my colleague on her speech, which was incredibly moving. Rehabilitation is incredibly important. It is, in fact, the foundation that underpins our justice system. But there need to be resources, for example, apprenticeships or training programs. So we need to ensure that the legal system has the resources it needs to meet these goals. I want to thank my colleague for his question. I agree completely. We have to make sure that the resources are there to provide the supports. And that's partly what Bill C240 is doing. When rehabilitation becomes judge-prescribed, then it puts responsibility on the institution to ensure that they're providing the prescribed rehabilitation for that particular inmate. Thank you.
